295.2. The Authority may, with the authorization of the Government, enter into an agreement with any organization or legal person for the examination of complaints filed by persons who are dissatisfied with the examination procedure or its outcome.
Such an agreement may also provide that the organization or legal person may, if it considers it appropriate, act as a mediator if the concerned parties agree.
