3. The estates forming part of the public domain, known as the “Jesuits’ Estates”, “Crown Domain” and “Seigniory of Lauzon”, shall be under the direct control of the Ministère de l’Énergie et des Ressources, and the provisions of this act and of any act respecting matters having to do with the Ministère de l’Énergie et des Ressources, in so far as practicable, shall apply to the said estates; and all deeds, titles, contracts and other documents relating to them, made and executed by the said department, shall be good and valid in law, to all intents and purposes.
