140. Any person found guilty of an infringement of a provision of this Division or judicially convicted of having caused a forest fire, through his fault or negligence, shall forfeit the right to enter and remain in the forest and no permit shall be granted to him for such purpose during the same year. If he already held a permit to travel or other permit authorizing him to enter therein, such permit shall be void pleno jure as a consequence of his condemnation and commencing from the date thereof.
Every person subject to the prohibition contemplated by this section who enters or remains in the forest is guilty of an offence and liable to the penalties provided by section 148.
