137. Every person or company depositing wood in the neighbourhood or along the property of the right of way of a railway track shall comply with the instructions and regulations of the Ministère de l’Énergie et des Ressources with respect to the protection of forests, especially as regards the cleaning up of the ground, removal of bark, chips, shavings, logs and all other inflammable matter left on the ground for a maximum distance of ninety metres from the centre of the railway track.
