53. All letters patent of the Crown, whereby any grant of the colonization lands in Québec is made for colonization purposes, shall be delivered to the person entitled thereto by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, a copy thereof being previously recorded in a register to be kept for that purpose by the Registrar of Québec or his Deputy, without any other entry or registration.
