5. The Minister may in the cases determined by regulation exempt a person from the payment of the duties fixed by regulation for preparing documents and for making any registration required under this Act.

The Minister may in the cases determined by regulation exempt a person from the payment of the duties fixed by regulation for preparing documents, making any registration required under this Act or obtaining copy of documents or of written information relating to any land that is subject to this Act or for which letters patent have been issued.
