189. Section 95, and the Act respecting the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan (chapter R-10) shall apply to a justice of the peace appointed under section 186, provided that the deed of appointment indicates clearly that this section is applicable to him. Section 4 of the said Act shall then cease to apply to him.
