113. The judge shall change his place of residence within one year after his notice of appointment is amended in that regard.

113. Unless the assignment to another regional section is temporary, the judge shall change his place of residence within one year of his new assignment.

113. Sections 81.1, 81.3, 82, 84 to 85, 98, 98.1, 100 to 106, 108 to 108.3, 132 and 142 to 144 apply, mutatismutandis, to the judges of the Youth Court.
Furthermore, any regulation made under section 81.2 or 83 applies to those judges in the same manner as it applies to the judges of the sessions.

113. The salary of the judges of the Social Welfare Court shall be forty-seven thousand three hundred and sixty dollars per annum for the Chief Judge and the Associate Chief Judge and forty-two thousand two hundred and forty dollars per annum for the other judges.
The provisions of sections 82, 84, 85, 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 108 and 132 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to the judges of the Social Welfare Court.
