105. The coordinating judges shall advise the chief judge and assist him in his functions relating to
(1)  the allotment of cases and the scheduling of the sittings of the Court;
(2)  the duties and functions of judges.
The chief judge shall determine the other functions exercised by coordinating judges and the judicial districts under their responsibility.

105. In each regional section, the senior associate chief judge shall, in agreement with the associate chief judges, determine the functions exercised by the coordinating judges.

105. If any person who receives a pension under the provisions of this subdivision receives a salary for holding any office under the Gouvernement du Québec, there shall be deducted from such salary an amount equal to the amount of his pension.
