39. The lessor must pay to the evicted lessee an indemnity equal to three months’ rent and his moving expenses. If the amount of the damage sustained by the lessee is greater, he may apply to the Tribunal to fix the amount.
The indemnity is payable at the expiry of the lease, and the moving expenses, on presentation of the vouchers.
