136.2. (Repealed).

136.2. The Government may, by regulation, determine the rules governing retaking possession of a dwelling by an owner of an undivided portion of an immoveable.
The regulation comes into force on the day of its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec or on a later date fixed therein.
