112. Every person who refuses to comply with an order of the Tribunal other than the order provided for in article 1973 of the Civil Code is guilty of contempt of court.
However, where the offender refuses to comply with an order provided for in section 55 or article 1918 of the Civil Code, the fine is not less than $5,000 nor more than $25,000.

However, where the offender refuses to comply with an order provided for in section 55 or article 1656.3 of the Civil Code of Lower Canada, the fine is not less than $5 000 nor more than $25 000.

112. Every person who refuses to comply with an order of the board other than the order provided for in articles 1656.2 and 1656.6 of the Civil Code is guilty of contempt of court and articles 51 to 54 of the Code of Civil Procedure apply, mutatismutandis.
However, where the offender refuses to comply with an order provided for in section 55 or article 1656.3 of the Civil Code, the fine is not less than $5 000 nor more than $25 000.
