71. No extraordinary recourse contemplated in articles 834 to 850 of the Code of Civil Procedure shall be exercised and no injunction shall be granted against the Transport Tribunal or the members of such Tribunal acting in their official capacity.
A judge of the Court of Appeal may, upon motion, annul summarily any writ, order or injunction issued or granted contrary to the preceding paragraph.
