177. The Minister may also, in all cases where an outright rate is not fixed by regulation in accordance with section 176, agree with a private institution contemplated in section 177.1 to repay to it all or part of the expenses incurred by it which are allowable for financing or reimbursement by the Minister in accordance with the regulation established under subparagraph iv of paragraph m of the first paragraph of section 173. Such amounts may be paid to the institution in advance or periodic instalments.

The Minister may also, in all cases where an outright rate is not fixed by regulation in accordance with section 176, agree with a private establishment contemplated in section 177.1 to repay to it all or part of the expenses incurred by it which are allowable for financing or reimbursement by the Minister in accordance with the regulation established under subparagraph iv of paragraph m of the first paragraph of section 173. Such amounts may be paid to the establishment in advance or periodic instalments.

Such amounts may be paid to the establishment in advance or periodic instalments.
