66. Temporary absence shall not be granted, except for medical purposes, to a person serving a sentence for contempt of court in a civil or penal matter where the person is required to return before the court pursuant to a condition of his or her sentence.

66. Temporary absence shall not be granted, except for medical purposes, to a young person within the meaning of the Young Offenders Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. Y-1) who has been committed to custody under that Act or to a person serving a sentence for contempt of court in a civil or penal matter where the person is required to return before the court pursuant to a condition of his or her sentence.
