22.4. The Director General may, for humanitarian reasons, on such conditions as he may determine, authorize an inmate to be absent temporarily, whatever the term of his imprisonment and even if the inmate is not eligible for temporary absence under section 22.2.

22.4. Notwithstanding section 22.1, the Director General may, for humanitarian reasons, on such conditions as he may determine, authorize an inmate to be absent temporarily, whatever the term of his imprisonment and even if the condition of section 22.3 is not complied with.
