41. (Repealed).

41. Any person, whether a member of the association or not, may obtain from the clerk or secretary-treasurer of the municipality, on paying him the requisite fees, a copy of all documents concerning a cooperative association, which may be in the possession of the said clerk or secretary-treasurer.
