S-34.1 - Act respecting natural gas storage and natural gas and oil pipelines

144. The Minister may, on the Minister’s own initiative or at any interested person’s request, subject to the conditions determined by the Minister, suspend the term of a storage licence
(1)  during such time as the validity of the licence is contested;
(2)  for the period the Minister determines, if the licence holder is prevented from performing the work authorized by their licence;
(3)  until the Minister has rendered a decision on the renewal or surrender of the licence; or
(4)  to permit the use of the territory for public utility purposes.
