140. Subject to the information or documents that are public information or documents under subparagraph 4 of paragraph s of section 46 of the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q-2), the information sent to the Minister by a storage licence holder following geophysical or geochemical surveys becomes public information five years after completion of the work; the information sent to the Minister by a storage licence holder following the drilling of a well becomes public information two years after the date of permanent closure of the well.
