119. The Board renders a favourable decision if it considers that the project complies with generally recognized best practices for ensuring the safety of persons and property and the protection of the environment and that it meets the standards the Government determines by regulation.
In its decision, the Board mentions the conditions it considers necessary for the carrying out of the project.
The Board sends its decision to the Minister.
