64. The provisions of the Labour Code (chapter C-27) and the Act to establish the Administrative Labour Tribunal (chapter T-15.1) that pertain to the Administrative Labour Tribunal, its members and its labour relations officers apply, with the necessary modifications, to any application that lies within the Tribunal’s jurisdiction under this Act. Likewise, the relevant provisions of the rules of evidence and procedure made under that Code, that Act and their regulations apply to any applications the Tribunal may receive.

64. The provisions of the Labour Code (chapter C-27) respecting the Commission des relations du travail, its commissioners and its labour relations officers apply, with the necessary modifications, to any application that lies within the Commission’s purview under this Act. Likewise, the provisions of the Code and the regulations that set out rules of procedure, evidence or practice apply to any application the Commission may receive.

64. The Commission may rule that any application or motion that is, in its opinion, manifestly frivolous, vexatious or in bad faith, is inadmissible.
