44. In this Act, psychological harassment has the meaning assigned by section 81.18 of the Act respecting labour standards (chapter N-1.1), with the necessary modifications.

44. The Commission is composed of three members, including a chairman and a vice-chairman, appointed by the Government on the proposal of the Minister of Culture and Communications, following consultation with persons or organizations the Minister considers representative of the artistic and literary communities.
Their term of office shall not be longer than five years.
The chairman shall perform his duties full time.
The Government shall fix the remuneration and the other conditions of employment of the members of the Commission.
