S-32.0001 - Act respecting end-of-life care

Disposition versions
48. Complaints regarding end-of-life care made by any person to a local or regional service quality complaints commissioner, in accordance with the rules prescribed in Divisions I to III of Chapter III of Title II of Part I of the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2), must be given priority treatment. The same applies to complaints regarding end-of-life care made to the syndic of the Collège des médecins du Québec.
