721. An intelligible and legible reference on a share certificate issued before 14 February 2011 to the existence of a restriction on the transfer of shares is considered to be noted conspicuously on the certificate in accordance with section 37 of the Act respecting the transfer of securities and the establishment of security entitlements (chapter T-11.002).
