Section 716
Disposition versions
716. A company constituted, continued or resulting from an amalgamation under Part IA of the Companies Act (chapter C-38) becomes, on 14 February 2011, a business corporation governed by this Act.
The same applies to an insurance company within the meaning of that expression in the Act respecting insurance (chapter A-32) to which Part IA of the Companies Act applies.
