9. The objection shall be drawn up in writing, specify the interest of the objecting party and set out the reasons for which it is filed. It shall be served in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01) on the party proposing the works before the expiration of the period prescribed for filing objections and transmitted to the Minister together with proof of service.
Where the objecting party wishes to withdraw his objection, he shall notify the party proposing the works and the Minister in writing.
