11. From the date of deposit in the register of the notice of the constitution of such society, it shall become a legal person, under the name of “The Pomological and Fruit-growing Society of the Province of Québec”.

11. From the date of deposit in the register of the notice of the formation of such society, it shall become a corporation for the purposes hereinafter mentioned, under the name of “The Pomological and Fruit-growing Society of the Province of Québec”.

11. From and after the publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec of the notice of the formation of such society, it shall become a corporation for the purposes hereinafter mentioned, under the name of “The Pomological and Fruit-growing Society of the Province of Québec”.
