S-25.1 - Act respecting the sociétés d’entraide économique

44. Every société d’entraide économique is a legal person to which Part I of the Companies Act (chapter C-38) applies, with the necessary modifications, and subject to this Act.
The powers provided for by subsection 1 of section 77 of the Companies Act may be exercised by the directors by mere resolution.
