37. The Autorité des marchés financiers is responsible for carrying out the administration of this Act, with the exception of Title I.

37. The Agence nationale d’encadrement du secteur financier is responsible for carrying out the administration of this Act, with the exception of Title I.

37. The Inspector General of Financial Institutions is responsible for carrying out the administration of this Act, with the exception of Title I.

37. The administration of this Act, except Title I, is entrusted to a superintendent, under the authority of the deputy minister.
The superintendent is assigned to the Ministère des Institutions financières et Coopératives.
The deputy minister of the department may also act as superintendent.
