4. The Société is administered by a board of directors consisting of 11 members, including the chair and the president and chief executive officer.
The Government appoints the members of the board of directors, other than the chair and the president and chief executive officer, taking into consideration the expertise and experience profiles approved by the board. Board members, two of whom must have an appropriate profile for the health and social services sector, are appointed for a term of up to four years.

4. The Société is administered by a board of directors consisting of nine members, including the chair and the president and chief executive officer.

4. The affairs of the Société are administered by a board of directors composed of nine members, as follows:
(1)  the president of the Société appointed by the Government for a term of not over five years;
(2)  eight other members appointed by the Government for a term of not over three years.
The members of the board of directors are the directors of the Société within the meaning of the Companies Act (chapter C-38).

4. The affairs of the corporation are administered by a board of directors composed of nine members, as follows:
(1)  the president of the corporation appointed by the Government for a term of not over five years;
(2)  eight other members appointed by the Government for a term of not over three years.
The members of the board of directors are the directors of the corporation within the meaning of the Companies Act (chapter C-38).
