21.1. Following the approvals, the Minister of Culture and Communications shall transmit to the company the sums allocated to the field indicated in the financial assistance plan.

21.1. Failing a written agreement with the Société générale du cinéma du Québec established under the Act respecting the cinema industry (chapitre C‐18.1), the Société shall grant no direct financial assistance to the creation, direction or production of films within the meaning of the said Act.
