18. To attain its objects, the Société shall, alone or with others, from such date and on such conditions as are determined by the Government, rent or acquire such of the property owned by the Société immobilière du Québec as is required for the operation of the Centre des congrès.
The Société shall acquire, in the same manner, any right granted by, and any obligation contracted by, the Société immobilière du Québec for the realization of the Centre des congrès de Québec.

18. To attain its objects, the corporation shall, alone or with others, from such date and on such conditions as are determined by the Government, rent or acquire such of the movable and immovable property owned by the Société immobilière du Québec as is required for the operation of the Centre des congrès.
The corporation shall acquire, in the same manner, any right granted by, and any obligation contracted by, the Société immobilière du Québec for the realization of the Centre des congrès de Québec.
