10. The office of president and chief executive officer is a full-time position.

10. On the recommendation of the board of directors, the Government shall appoint the president and chief executive officer, taking into consideration the expertise and experience profile approved by the board.
The president and chief executive officer is appointed for a term of up to five years. The office of president and chief executive officer is a full-time position.
The Government shall determine the remuneration, employee benefits and other conditions of employment of the president and chief executive officer.

10. The president of the Société shall see that the decisions of the board of directors are carried out, and he is responsible for the direction and management of the Société within the scope of its by-laws and policies. He is ex officio the chief executive officer of the Société and shall devote his full time to his official duties.
The remuneration and the other conditions on which the president holds office are specified in a contract binding between him and the Société. The contract has effect only if it is ratified by the Government.
