12. The members of the board of directors other than the president and chief executive officer shall receive no remuneration except in such cases, on such conditions and to such extent as the Government may determine. They are, however, entitled to the reimbursement of expenses incurred in the performance of their duties, on the conditions and to the extent determined by the Government.
12. The Government shall fix the remuneration, social benefits and other conditions of employment of the president and general manager.
