11. Applications for financial assistance must be submitted to the Corporation in the form it determines. Such applications must also be accompanied with the documents and the information required by the Corporation.
The business applying is required to demonstrate to the Corporation that its financial perspectives are adequate for the fulfillment of its commitments and that its management has the competence required for the achievement of its objects.

11. Every person who wishes to receive financial assistance must apply therefor to the Corporation in the form prescribed by the regulations; such application must be accompanied by the documents and contain the information prescribed by the regulations.
That person must establish that the financial perspectives of the business for which financial assistance is applied for are adequate for the fulfilment of its commitments and that its management has the competence required for the achievement of its objects.
