17.5. The actuarial valuation referred to in sections 151, 151.1 and 151.3.1 of the Automobile Insurance Act (chapter A-25) and in section 17.4 must be made by an actuary who is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries or has an equivalent status recognized by the Institute.
