10. The day to day administration of the board is entrusted to a general manager appointed by the Government, which fixes his salary or, where such is the case, his additional salary, allowances and indemnities.

10. The Gouvernement shall appoint a general manager, who shall have the day to day administration of the board.
The Gouvernement shall also appoint the secretary and the treasurer of the board, and the officer in charge of labour relations at the olympic installations.
The Gouvernement shall fix the salary of the persons appointed under this section or, as the case may be, their additional salary.
Such persons shall exercise their functions in conformity with the by-laws adopted by the board.
