150. Any person in the employ of the Régie may apply for a transfer to a position in the civil service or enter a promotion selection process in accordance with the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1) if, on 15 October 1997, the person was an employee with permanent tenure governed by the Public Service Act or if the person’s transfer or appointment to the Régie occurred within the 12 months following that date.
