65. The amendments resulting from the restructuring of a pension plan described in section 19 must be communicated to Retraite Québec as soon as a notice of agreement is sent to the minister responsible for the administration of the Labour Code (chapter C-27) under the first paragraph of section 39 or as soon as an arbitrator’s decision is sent to that minister under section 54. The amendments to a pension plan not described in section 19 must be submitted to Retraite Québec not later than 31 January 2018.
