R-24.0.2 - Act respecting the representation of family-type resources and certain intermediate resources and the negotiation process for their group agreements

56. Any disagreement on the interpretation or application of a group agreement must be settled according to the procedure provided for in the agreement.
If no procedure is provided for or if the agreement provides for arbitration, the disagreement must be submitted to an arbitrator. Sections 100 to 100.9, 100.11, paragraphs a, c, d, e and g of section 100.12, sections 100.16 to 101.9 and 139 to 140 of the Labour Code (chapter C-27) apply, with the necessary modifications.
