53. Throughout the term of the group agreement and as long as the right to undertake concerted action has not been acquired, it is prohibited for a home educational childcare provider to take concerted action described in section 50.
Similarly, throughout the term of a group agreement, it is prohibited for an association of home educational childcare providers or a group of such associations, and their employees, to advise home educational childcare providers to resort to concerted action described in section 50, or to participate in such action.
