R-20 - Act respecting labour relations, vocational training and workforce management in the construction industry

30. The Commission must prepare a list of all the employees:
(a)  holding a journeyman competency certificate, an occupation competency certificate or an apprentice competency certificate issued by the Commission;
(b)  having worked at least 300 hours in Québec during the first twelve of the fifteen monthly periods preceding the month during which the poll provided for in section 32 begins, according to the monthly reports sent by the employers; and
(c)  (subparagraph repealed).
Such list establishes incontestably the names of the only employees who may avail themselves of section 32.
The Commission shall send to each employee whose name appears on the list established in accordance with this section a document identifying the employee as an elector for the purposes of section 32.
Such list is sent to the associations contemplated in section 29 not later than fifteen days before the holding of the poll provided for in section 32.

During the twelfth month preceding the expiry date of the collective agreement made under section 47, the Commission shall send to each employee whose name appears on the list established in accordance with this section a card identifying him as an elector for the purposes of section 32 and hearing his name and social insurance number.
Such list is sent to the associations contemplated in section 29 not later than fifteen days before the holding of the poll provided for in section 32.

(b)  having worked at least three hundred hours during the first twelve of the fifteen complete calendar months preceding the month during which the poll provided for in section 32 is held; and
(c)  domiciled in Québec on the last day of the eighth month preceding the expiry date of the decree.
Subparagraph b of the first paragraph does not apply to employees who, on the last day of the seventh month preceding the expiry of the decree, are fifty years old or over.
Such list establishes incontestably the names of the only employees who may avail themselves of section 32.
During the seventh month preceding the expiry of the decree, the board shall send to each employee whose name appears on the list established in accordance with this section a card identifying him as an elector for the purposes of section 32 and hearing his name and social insurance number.

Such list shall establish incontestably the names of the only employees who may avail themselves of section 32.
Within the seventh month preceding the expiry of the decree, the board shall send to each employee whose name appears on the list established in accordance with section 30 a card identifying him as an elector for the purposes of section 32 and bearing his name and social insurance number.
Such list shall be sent to the associations contemplated in the second paragraph of section 29 not later than fifteen days before the poll provided for in section 32 is held.
