R-17.1 - Act respecting the enterprise registrar

13. Every person authorized by the enterprise registrar to make inquiries must, on the document evidencing the authorization of the registrar, make an engagement to fulfil the duties imposed on him by this Act, and by the Act respecting public inquiry commissions (chapter C-37), to the best of his knowledge and judgment.
An engagement has the same value as an oath taken before a judge by a commissioner under the said Act.

13. Every person authorized by the Inspector General to make inquiries must, on the document evidencing the authorization of the Inspector, make an engagement to fulfil the duties imposed on him by this Act, and by the Act respecting public inquiry commissions (chapter C-37), to the best of his knowledge and judgment.
