6. (Repealed).
6. The joining of the general plan by a municipality is effected by means of a by-law adopted by a simple majority, requiring no approval.
The revocation of such a by-law shall not be invoked against persons in respect of whom it applies or has applied.
A certified copy of such by-law must be sent to the Commission.
