3. (Repealed).
1974, c. 48, s. 3; 1988, c. 85, s. 92.
3. No person who becomes a member of a municipal council after 31 December 1974 shall avail himself of the mayor and councillors retirement plan in force on such date in the municipality, whether such plan was established under a general law or a special act.
