90. Forest operations on Category II lands are compatible with hunting, fishing and trapping activities.
The integrated forest development plans drawn up for Category II lands by the Minister of Natural Resources and Wildlife under the Sustainable Forest Development Act (chapter A-18.1) must take hunting, fishing and trapping activities into account.

90. Forest operations on Category II lands are compatible with hunting, fishing and trapping activities.
In Category II lands, the plans that the holder of a timber supply and forest management agreement or forest management agreement prepares and submits for approval to the Minister responsible for the administration of the Forest Act (chapter F-4.1) under sections 51 to 59.11 of the said Act, must take into account hunting, fishing and trapping activities.
