42. The pension is paid to the pensioner until the first day of the month following the pensioner’s death or, in the case of a person who ceased to participate in the plan and was eligible for a pension, from the date the person would have been entitled to receive the pension without actuarial reduction until the first day of the month following the person’s death.

42. The pension is paid to the pensioner for life.

42. The pension is paid to the pensioner for life and in arrears.

42. Any teacher may have counted for pension purposes the years of service to which he is entitled under the Act respecting the Civil Service Superannuation Plan, provided that he has not received any reimbursement of his contributions.

A teacher wishing to avail himself of the first paragraph must apply to that effect to the Commission.
