30.3. The pensioner who is sixty-five years of age or over and who holds an employment contemplated by the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan may elect to contribute to that plan as provided under section 80.2 of the Act respecting the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan (chapter R-10), and sections 80.1 to 80.6 of the said Act apply.
