139. At the expiry of their term of office, the chairman and vice-chairmen shall remain in office until they are replaced or reappointed.

Where the object of a bill introduced in the National Assembly is to amend this act immediately or in future, the Commission shall have a report prepared indicating to what extent the bill would vary the estimates of the latest report contemplated by section 138 or prepared for the carrying out of this act.
