119. The pension of a pensioner who has become an employee within the meaning of this plan is, at the time he ceases to hold employment, recomputed to take into account his pensionable salary and the years of service credited to him for the period during which the pension ceases to be paid.

119. If the pensioner elects to again become a member of this plan, he shall, notwithstanding the first paragraph of section 3, become an employee within the meaning of this plan. The pension is, at the time he ceases to hold employment, recomputed to take into account the years of service and the pensionable salary credited to him for the period during which he held that employment.

119. If the employee elects to contribute to the plan, the pension is recomputed on his retirement to take into account the years of service and the pensionable salary credited to him while he contributed.

119. Every employer who neglects to make the remittance within the prescribed delay shall pay interest at the rate fixed by regulation.
